Our Project – Pure Energy Limited

Project Details

Pure Energy Ltd. has two solar PV energy projects, named Pure Energy I and Pure Energy II, each generating 10 MW of energy, with a combined capacity of 20 MW. The projects are located at an elevation of around 156 meters above sea level and cover an area of approximately 43 bhigas (72 acres) of land.

Part I

Pure Energy

The Pure Solar PV Power Project (Part I) is located in Raniyapur, Khajura Rural Municipality- 8, Banke. It is a ground-mounted solar project comprising a 10 MW solar facility equipped with 34 string inverters, each with a capacity of 295 kW. The project incorporates more than 19,000 panels arranged into a single modular plot, with DC capacities of 655 Wp and 660 Wp. Additionally, it features two three-phase 6 MVA transformers.

Development status
The project was commissioned on 10th December 2023.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Nepal Electricity Authority under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years.

Part II

Pure Energy

The Pure Solar PV Power Project (Part II) is located at Raniyapur, Khajura Rural Municipality- 8, Banke. It is a ground-mounted solar project comprising a 10 MW solar installation, with 46 string inverters, each having a capacity of 255 kW. The project utilizes more than 19,000 panels arranged in a single modular plot, featuring DC capacities of 640 Wp and 645 Wp. It also includes two three-phase 6 MVA transformers.

Development status
The project got commissioned in May 2023.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Nepal Electricity Authority under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years.
